The time for order delivery is divided as follow:

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Standard Free Postage approximately takes 12 - 24 days due to COVID-19.

Typical delivery is via Australia Post, Allied Express, Aramex, Toll, Hunter Express, IGX, CouriersPlease, depending on size and weight.

The tracking number will be provided after item/s is dispatched.

As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to please double-check the information details of your parcel as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.
Please make sure to check if you have selected the correct size and colour of your item to avoid disappointment.
Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for new shipping.
